Heather Grenier


Heather Grenier serves as a legal executive at Apple, overseeing litigation as well as the company’s legal and security operations. Her operational role includes a broad array of internal infrastructure such as technology implementation, financial management and procurement, strategic external legal partnerships, information governance, corporate worldwide trainings, employee engagement, and executive communications. 

Heather joined Apple from Morrison & Foerster in 2011 where she was a litigation partner in San Francisco. At MoFo, Heather represented Apple among a variety of clients from other industries. She also dedicated significant time to pro bono representation, including a landmark suit against the federal government to improve health care benefits to reduce veteran suicide.

Immediately after graduating from UT Law in 2000, Heather worked in the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Organization and obtained a master’s degree in public international law from The Graduate Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. 

Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in in American Government from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Heather lives in San Francisco with her husband, two sons, and a feisty beagle.
