'Ia Ora Na, my name is Hina, and I am originally from Tahiti.
In 2022, I participated in rat eradication as a volunteer. I fell in love with Tetiaroa at first sight. Since then, I have participated in several eradication projects (rats and yellow crazy ants). I am in awe of the diversity of ecosystems and quickly realized that I wanted to leave my mark.
Previously, during restoration and conservation projects, I used my hands. Now, I use my voice to highlight the work done behind the scenes. I want to be a naturalist guide who inspires and raises awareness, with kindness and enthusiasm.
